A weekend without high school football sucks ass, I had to turn into Tony Danza at home.

I need to cut about 30 lbs but I am addicted to food.

And thank GOD Penn State got beat because now you will have the Big 12 Champ playing the SEC champ for the National Title. It will be two of these teams, just whoever takes care of business by the end of the year. Florida, Alabama, Texas Tech, Texas, or Oklahoma.

Sometimes I feel sports cause more heartache than pleasure. Yet I wouldn't trade losing moments with my former teammates, father, or grandfather for anything.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Obama presidency didn't divide us racially again.

I've heard more KFC, Aunt Jemima, cotton field, and other assorted "black jokes" this year than I could ever want to hear. All of this has been at work too.

I also hear these jokes. Always from the same people it seems.

Racism will always be around. As long as people are proud of electing a man based on skin. As in this case a black man. Why can't he just be considered a man? It kind of diminishes everything he does. To me that is sad because no matter what great things he may do, people will still say "black man".
